Summary: We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Summary: Room was lovely with a great view overlooking the pool. All the staff were great! Breakfast was nice and the location was perfect! You can get to the crazy party easy enough but avoid it and stay in Poniente it's just beautiful

Summary: Located in an ideal location near the old town, the hotel is quite modern and contemporary, and the staff were very helpful. Our suite was well appointed, but there were a couple of paint patches in need of an little attention.
